The shawl is worked sideways and the size is easily adjustable.

The sample size is 70" x 16" (180 x 40 cm) and used 800 yards of fingering weight yarn.

Yarn
This pattern works with fingering to DK weight yarn. For a medium sized wrap (as shown), 200g of fingering or sport weight yarn or 300g of DK weight yarn are requried. The sample used 2 skeins of Treehouse Knits Spruce Sock (75% SW Merion, 25% Nylon) in Old Soul.

Gauge
Gauge is not critical for this pattern. It is more important to have good drape.

Hook
5.5 mm (K) hook with cable for fingering weight yarn.
