The shawl is worked from the center out and the size is easily adjustable.

Size
The sample size is 60" x 24" (150 x 60 cm) and used 750 yards of DK weight yarn.

Yarn
This pattern works with fingering to DK weight yarn. For a medium sized shawl (as shown), 200g of fingering or sport weight yarn or 300g of DK weight yarn are requried. The sample used Feisty Fibers Spite DK Fade (3 skeins).

Gauge
Gauge is not critical for this pattern. It is more important to have good drape.

Hook
6.5 mm (K) for DK weight yarn. 5.0 mm (H) hook with cable for fingering weight yarn. Adjust hook size as needed.
